Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Controls Maintenance Technician with a strong experience in industrial maintenance, particularly in Controls and/or Automation. The ideal candidate will be adept at repairing and maintaining equipment using industry standards and collaborating with other departments to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Responsibilities
Repair and maintain equipment following industry standards.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure repairs are completed on time.
Complete all required documentation for Production and the department accurately and thoroughly.
Work with low (24VDC) and high voltage (up to 480V) circuits.
Troubleshoot control circuit issues, perform circuit wiring, and understand logic processes.
Install, troubleshoot, and program PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs.
Handle robotics, inverter motor operations, as well as stepper and servo motors, and encoder feedback as it relates to the control process.
Assist in building PM procedures and spare parts inventory for all automation equipment.
Display basic ability to use shop equipment such as mills, lathes, drill presses, band saws, welders, and hydraulic presses.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Five years previous Maintenance Technician experience
Two years Controls/Automation Technician experience or a completed Controls/Automation degree with industrial maintenance experience
Strong time management and independent workload management skills
High proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and logic processes
In-depth understanding of automation processes and design
Knowledge of automation software (RSLogix, CCW, Factory Talk ME, and others)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $72000.00
This is an hourly paid position with competitive pay rate
