Role Overview
We're seeking a passionate Product Manager to join our Digital Consumer Growth organization. You will apply human-centered design, business acumen, and technology understanding to solve health care problems for our customers with an eye towards understanding unmet needs and opportunities worth solving. In this role, you'll work within a cross-functional team to transform ambiguous problem spaces into clearly defined opportunities and solutions that positively impact both our members and business outcomes. You will balance the needs of the business, our users, and technology to deliver exceptional digital experiences and products across many different end users and platforms while driving value for our business. You will leverage principles for derisking product investment early and validating scaled investment. Your ability to navigate enterprise complexity while maintaining a laser focus on user needs will be crucial to success in this role.
As a Digital Product Strategy Senior Advisor, you will be responsible for the strategy, development and delivery of Evernorth Behavioral Health products and/or Evernorth end to end user journeys, with a focus on innovation and discovery supporting both internal and external clients. You will work closely and collaboratively with cross-functional partners and a broad set of technology teams to conceive new innovations and enhance our exiting digital products that connect users to the appropriate and needed care. At times, this role may provide the opportunity to collaborate with our Innovation Garage on rapid discovery and proof of concept projects. You will partner closely with your design, research, and engineering counterparts to discover and deliver digital products and enabling technology with scalability and re-usability top of mind. You’ll also effectively collaborate with engineering teams to make informed technical decisions and drive successful digital product strategy and development. You will deeply understand the needs and motivations of your end users and be accountable for leveraging quantitative and qualitative data to identify and act on product improvements that will drive increased value for the end user and the business. Lastly, you’ll understand the economics of your product and will partner effectively various business partners to address some of our most important opportunities to differentiate the company and lead the market in innovative health care solutions for those we serve.
How you’ll make a difference:
Set the pace for our future: Manage the development and maintenance of Evernorth Behavioral Health products and/or Evernorth end to end user journeysincluding developing strategicroadmaps, defining new products and initiatives and communicating product strategy to key stakeholders.
Get in the trenches with the team: Gather requirements, define features, write user stories, manage backlogs while partnering with Design & Engineering teams to ensure rapid delivery and iterative product development embracing dual-track agile methodologies.
Collaborate with all areas of our business: Engage business stakeholders as well as various internal and external groups to understand our end users, clients, and the market, communicate new products, new features and changes and incorporate feedback.
Build a superior product: Ensure ongoing product growth and expansion by focusing on human centered design while deploying continuous discovery, research, and experimentation in addition to measuring results to identify areas of success and needs for improvement.
Help tell our story: Work closely with customer-facing teams to define execution and engagement strategies, as well as helping them to understand product positioning and key benefits.
Be our barometer of success: Work closely with data management and analytics teams to ensure data integrity and implementation of user analytics tracking while using data, insights and metrics to drive outcomes and define future strategies and roadmaps.

Develop product vision and leverage your relationships to build buy in for your product strategy across a matrixed enterprise.
Evaluate and prioritize strategic opportunities across a product portfolio or large programs.
Drive platform and component experience reuse and simplification strategies, influencing partners on the business value (revenue, cost reduction, and increased time to market).
Make, and be accountable for, well-grounded product decisions that enable your teams to deliver user, business, and technical value.
Tie product strategy to tech transformation and communicate strategy to cross functional teams.
Represent and support your teams in communicating impact through reporting practices, Monthly & Quarterly Product Reviews, and routine reviews of product metrics. Own your product data.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive adoption and consumption of new or existing digital experiences and capabilities.
Broker critical conversations with local and cross-functional teams; break down barriers and make holistic, outcome-focused product decisions.
Education, Experience, & Certifications
Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent; Preference in Healthcare, Business, Technology, or related industry
5+ years of product or technology management with an emphasis on digital product strategy
Strong discovery and greenfield solutioning experience preferred
Experience with Behavioral Health preferred
Experience with customer servicing platforms & methodologies preferre
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 116,800 - 194,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
