Calling all passionate IT enthusiasts! Join Viking Client Services, a trusted leader in payment processing and as a call center for over 50 years and make a real impact. We're looking for a full-time Computer Technician (Help Desk Support) to join our collaborative team and become our go-to problem solver.
Here's what you'll do:
Be the hero! Take on user support calls and troubleshoot technical issues.
Level up your skills! Work with senior technicians to resolve complex problems and advance your expertise.
Be a team player! Collaborate on IT infrastructure projects to keep our systems running smoothly.
Build it yourself (optional)! Put your PC building hobby to good use by configuring and deploying workstations (bonus points for home lab enthusiasts!).
Do you have what it takes?
An Associate's degree in computer technology (required) & experience that proves you're a tech whiz.
Familiarity with the Microsoft suite (Office, Windows 10/11) and bonus points for experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, etc.
A knack for clear communication and writing.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
A meticulous eye for detail.
