Job Title: Associate Operations Coordinator

Job Description

As an Associate Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing tasks with a focus on quality and efficiency in accordance with office and company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Your duties will include providing shipment information, creating orders, activating shipments, building and assigning loads, scheduling appointments, tracking and tracing shipments, entering events, and invoicing. You will monitor task boards and assigned email accounts to respond to customer and carrier requests, document events using SOPs and experience, and follow defined escalation procedures and training when required. You will ensure customer or carrier satisfaction by following through on requests and escalating when necessary. Additionally, you will validate and ensure the accuracy of load data in systems according to company and customer standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide shipment information and create orders

  • Activate shipments and build loads

  • Assign loads and schedule appointments

  • Track and trace shipments

  • Enter events and handle invoicing

  • Monitor task boards and email accounts for customer and carrier requests

  • Document events using SOPs and experience

  • Follow escalation procedures when necessary

  • Ensure customer or carrier satisfaction by following through on requests

  • Validate and ensure the accuracy of load data in systems

Essential Skills

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Previous customer service experience

  • Ability to work evenings and/or weekends

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Demonstrated communication, prioritization, and time management skills

  • Prior work experience that required attention to detail and accuracy

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role with the second shift starting at 4 PM and ending at 12 AM. You will need to work weekends. Shifts vary, but all are over the weekend. The work environment celebrates diversity and inclusivity, providing an atmosphere where all employees feel welcomed, valued, and respected.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50
