Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY: This position is primarily responsible forperforming outdoor maintenance of the Corporate Headquarters Complex.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain the highest standard of grounds cleanliness; including sweeping and maintenance around parking lots
General grounds responsibilities; weeding, trash pick-up, mowing/trimming, washing vehicles, general upkeep of the facilities grounds
Using facilities vehicles; trucks, tractors, mowers to perform daily tasks
Skills/Requirements
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Hours would be Mon-Fri 5 a.m. – 9 a.m. with the possibility for extra hours
Detail oriented
High School diploma
Aptitude or inclination for outdoor work
At least some previous wheeled equipment experience is helpful and desired
Ability to do heavy lifting and physical labor on a daily basis
Must have valid driver’s license
Work well in a team or alone in ALL weather conditions
