What You'll Do:
As a Belt Production Worker, you'll be involved in various stages of the production process, including:
Stamping and Welding:
Operate punch presses and other equipment to stamp and weld belts to precise specifications.
Perform finishing tasks such as grinding and trimming.
Cover Applications:
Apply adhesive and cover materials to belts, ensuring a seamless finish.
Conduct additional bonding processes and longitudinal grinding.
Profiling:
Use injection molding, machining, and welding techniques to add profiles to belts.
Post-process profile areas to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
Extrusion:
Set up and operate extrusion equipment for producing belts with exact measurements.
Perform quality checks and document results.
CNC Belt Machining:
Operate CNC machines and waterjet equipment to produce belts according to detailed instructions and drawings.
Perform hole punching and other precision tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
Skills:
Ability to read and follow detailed instructions, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Familiarity with shop-level math and basic measurement tools.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. to waist height.
Ability to stand for extended periods (90% of shift) and perform manual tasks requiring dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Shift Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 12:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
