FirstService Residential HR Communications Intern in Eatontown, New Jersey

Job Overview:Â Â

As an HR Communicationsyou’llbe responsible forassistingthe Manager of Communication and Engagement in event planning, communicationadministration, and all elements of associate engagement for the region. .Â

This program runs from June 11 th through August 16 th and will be a full time, in-office paid internship.ÂÂ

Your Responsibilities:Â Â

  • Engaging and influencing associates at all levels and working collaboratively with others to achieve outcomes. ÂÂ
  • Review andanalyze onboarding and exit survey dataand provide summary and overall strategies to improve employee engagement and the workplaceÂÂ
  • Work tomaintainRegion Intranet and associate resources. ÂÂ
  • Establish an emotional connection for associates at all levels to the organization as wholeÂ

Skills & Qualifications:Â Â

  • College Student entering their Junior or Senior year with a focus in Human Resources or General BusinessÂ
  • Great attitude and willingness to learn and grow.ÂÂ
  • Ability to work with sensitive and/or confidential information.ÂÂ
