NOVITIUM PHARMA LLC. Instrumentation Engineer in EAST WINDSOR, New Jersey
Responsible for Instrument and Equipment's of entire Plant; Installation, troubleshooting and calibration of instruments such as TOC Analyzer, HMI, PLC, Flow Meters, Temperature controller, transmitter, pressure transmitter, gas analyzer; Maintaining minimal instrument downtime through troubleshooting and maintenance activities; Maintaining data backup, instrument documentation, and Spares Inventory and Annual Maintenance contracts; Pro-active Support for Quality Control, Production and Compliance group's activities; Follow-ups and closures of instrument Change controls, deviations instrument related incidents, and CAP A (corrective and preventive action); Procurement of qualified equipment's as per GLP and Pharmacopeia requirements, and responsible for IQ, OQ, DQ and PQ for instruments and manage all paperwork.Must have bachelor’s in Instrumentation / industrial / electronics / electrical / mechanical / related + 6 months exp. as Instrumentation engineer / industrial engineer / maintenance engineer / mechanical engineer / Specialist / Related.Respond to HR Manager, Job ID # IE-24/VSV, Novitium Pharma LLC, 70 Lake Drive, East Windsor, NJ 08520
