Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Restoration Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will assist with job site clean-up and restoration, handling projects that involve water, wind, and fire damage. You will work with a crew of 2 to 3 individuals to help restore properties, both residential and commercial, that have been damaged.
Responsibilities
Assist with demolition and restoration of properties damaged by water, fire, or wind.
Cut walls, carry equipment in and out of project sites, and handle dry wall finishing.
Perform water mitigation and other restoration tasks as needed.
Use hand tools and power tools efficiently.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Essential Skills
At least 6 months of experience in the construction field.
Experience in restoration is highly preferred.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
Ability to work well in a team setting.

Work Environment
You will work in residential and commercial properties that have been severely damaged, collaborating with a team of 2 or 3 individuals. Expected attire includes jeans, steel-toe boots, high-visibility shirts, hard hats, gloves, and eye protection. Occasionally, a full hazmat suit and respirator will be required depending on the project. Work hours are from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with the expectation to be at the shop by 7:45 am for a manpower and project meeting. The commute from the shop to project sites can vary between 30 minutes to an hour.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $37440.00
