Fulton Commons Care Center is immediately hiring a
Weekend RN Supervisor
Up to $2,500.00 Sign-on Bonus!
Pay Range: $48.00 – $62.00 per hour
Per Diem; 11:00pm - 7:00am shift every other Saturday and Sunday
Per Diem; 7:00am - 3:00pm shift Saturday only
East Meadow, NY
Position Overview: to promote and restore patients' health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of the patient care area; direct and develop staff; collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staffs; provide physical and psychological support for patients, friends, and families
RN Supervisor Responsibilities Include:
Administer nursing care to residents
Establish resident treatment plans and care plans
Monitor and report changes in resident symptoms or behavior
Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding resident care
Educate residents about health maintenance and disease prevention
Maintain accurate resident medical records
Provide emotional support to residents and their family members
RN Supervisor Qualifications:
Must possess a current NY state RN license in good standing
Familiarity with NYS DOH regulations and guidelines
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
RN Requirements Include:
Current NYS RN Licensure.
Minimum of 1-year of experience in a long term care facility
Minimum of 1-year of experience in a supervisory role
ER EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
