We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Account Manager - Public Entities.
Providing responsive and exceptional customized client service to all clients while managing all aspects of an existing book of business.
Manages a book of business generally in excess of $1,000,000 in revenue, depending on the complexity or number of accounts.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure that all service needs are met.
Supports, mentors, and trains Account Managers and Assistant Account Managers, as necessary.
Prepare and/or approve marketing submissions, proposals & summaries of insurance based on client’s needs, rates, and coverages.
Work with carriers and producers to obtain pre-renewal information.
Prepare all transactions for assigned accounts, i.e. Acord applications, certificates of insurance, evidence of property, forms, Mass RMV transactions, vehicles audits, obtain SOV information, invoicing, Surplus Lines filings, review loss runs, etc.Work in a t
Leam-based structure to retain and grow existing commercial portfolios.
Process new business, renewals, audits, and endorsements through communication/interfacing with clients and companies.
Check policies, endorsements, audits, and other required and related documentation for accuracy. Review aged outstanding aged current balance reports and may handle collections of premiums due.
Conduct business in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of both the business and earnings implications of the Company.
Keep informed of changes and trends within the industry for the purpose of anticipating and responding to profit objectives.
Provides a high level of support to Producers in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding business.
Works closely with Producers and other HUB personnel on all aspects of client service, marketing, and renewal while adhering to HUB Broker Standards.
Assist the claims department when looking for additional information, i.e., endorsement for vehicle change etc. Ensure accurate maintenance of client information in EPIC.
Marketing lines of coverage(s) as needed for new and renewal accounts. Special projects and all other duties, as assigned by Manager.
Qualifications:
Experience in commercial insurance.
Thorough knowledge of commercial lines coverages and markets.
Producer’s license.
Experience with Microsoft Office products.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Willingness to travel, on occasion

Required Education: High school or equivalent
