Dealer School is a fun and exciting casino-simulated environment where you will learn to become a professional Table Games Dealer. The class consists of instruction time, practicing what youve learned with the group, and testing your abilities. You will learn how to interact with guests, celebrate wins, and provide an escape into our exciting fantasy world of fun, chance, and possibility!

After successfully completing the program, you will perform an audition to show off your skills. If you pass your audition, you will be offered a position as a Table Games Dealer at Wind Creek Chicago Southland. The offer is contingent upon a successful background check and obtaining the required state license.

Wind Creek Chicago Southland is offering free classes in Blackjack, Novelty Games, Baccarat, Roulette, and Craps with the potential to earn up to a \$3,500.00 sign-on bonus if you successfully complete the program, obtain an offer, and start employment with us.

To qualify, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Have a high school diploma.
  • Have strong basic math skills.
  • If you receive an offer, you must be able to obtain and maintain an Occupational License issued by the Illinois Gaming Board.
  • No previous Table Games experience is required.

Some of the physical requirements of the Table Games Dealer position include, but are not limited to:

  • Physical ability to access all areas of the property.
  • Ability to withstand prolonged standing, stretching, bending, and kneeling without restriction, work indoors and outdoors, and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to, CRT fatigue, noise, and dust.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment and maintain physical stamina and a proper mental attitude while dealing effectively with guests, management, team members, and outside contacts while working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to lift or carry a minimum of 20 pounds, unassisted, in the performance of specific tasks assigned.
