Job Title: Skilled Laborer
Job Description
We are seeking skilled laborers to join our team on-site at one of the largest manufacturing companies in CT. The ideal candidate has some carpentry experience and is eager to learn more in their craft. The job involves a complete tear-out and refit of a production floor. Responsibilities include demolishing the ceiling, removing fixtures, framing a new ceiling, and making custom tiles to fit in.
Responsibilities
Demolish ceilings and remove fixtures
Frame new ceilings
Create custom tiles
Perform general labor tasks such as cleaning and moving equipment
Use hand and power tools
Work with a hustle mentality to stay productive during downtime
