Job Description
In this role you will be the first point of contact for the Process Operations team; providing first line management, direction, and leadership to the team.
Responsibilities:
Working as part of the Process Department team to manufacture Sensititre plates, by
Dosing / checking plates on a dispensing pump line, and packing plates as part of the team running a packing line machine. Assembly and/or packing of other accessory products as the need arises
Support and back up for Process Department supervisor to ensure production of product outlined on the production schedule.
Adherence at all times to Standard Operating Procedures and accurate completion of all production batch records.
Adherence at all times to supplied Health and Safety information and maintain a safe working environment within the packing room / dispensing room
Dispensing line: Feeding plates into, checking plates produced on, loading plates onto trays ready for drying
Packing dried plates into foil pouches using the packing line
Boxing pouched plates into Sales units
Reconciliation of batch numbers
Assembly, bagging and boxing of Dosehead accessory
Manufacture of ID seals
General cleaning duties in dispensing and packing room areas
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Computer literate
Good teamwork and interpersonal skills; with the ability to lead, train and support others
Must be capable of following Standard Operating Procedures and Health and Safety guidelines.
A reasonable standard of numeracy and literacy is required (Basic Maths and English).
Accurate record keeping is essential
Lifting and carrying moderate weights is an integral part of this position
Good eyesight and manual dexterity are essential
This role is offered on a 2-week rotating daytime only shift pattern including one weekend in two. Average 38 hours per week inside the Process Operations department operating hours of 0730-1800.
