ABOUT YOU
As Program Manager, MICA Program, you are a strategic and detail-oriented leader who excels at leveraging technology and data to drive impactful decisions. With strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of infrastructure components, you effectively manage complex projects, foster cross-departmental collaboration, and build alignment among stakeholders. Adaptable and proactive, you navigate challenges with ease, ensuring seamless communication and engagement across teams. Your ability to balance independence with transparency keeps leadership informed while advancing program objectives and delivering meaningful results for the organization.
What you will do:
Provide strategic leadership to guide and implement the next phase of the MICA program, overseeing its ongoing development and delivery.
Manage the iterative five-year MICA Capital Investment Program, ensuring alignment with Massport’s broader capital investment goals and effective use of $100M in allocated funding.
Foster collaboration across departments, engaging stakeholders to adopt MICA processes and distribute findings to support infrastructure improvements.
Oversee fiscal planning, scope management, and tracking of timelines, milestones, and budgets to ensure the program meets its objectives.
WHAT YOU OFFER
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or planning, with 5+ years’ relevant experience, including 2 years’ management or supervision, or equivalent education and experience.
10+ years’ experience managing large, complex capital projects, including design and construction of infrastructure and facilities, with knowledge of public infrastructure practices and regulations.
Expertise in strategic planning, project management, team leadership, and stakeholder communication for complex projects.
Proficiency with modern technologies and systems such as PMIS, GIS, and BIM, and knowledge of Massachusetts regulations for capital improvement projects and public bid procedures.
