Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with at least 1 year of experience in maintenance or utility work. The ideal candidate should have experience in maintenance, and will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including cleaning, coloring, and various maintenance duties for properties. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and solving different problems in a complex, such as repairing air conditioning systems, fixing electrical switches, unclogging drains, checking fluid levels, replacing machine parts, and more. Additionally, regular preventative maintenance tasks are required to ensure that buildings remain in excellent condition and all systems function smoothly.

The role requires traveling to multiple properties to manage facilities. Initially, for the first few weeks, the candidate will most likely be stationed at one facility.
