Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our company. This role requires proficiency in data entry, analysis, and understanding of transportation (or willingness and desire to learn). The Operations Supervisor will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency while providing exceptional support to our team. New Graduates with a bachelors degree in any field are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Manage ERP assign workflows and monitor business performance.
Analyze data to improve operational workflows and enhance efficiency.
Coordinate fleet management activities, including maintenance scheduling and vehicle tracking.
Maintain accurate records through effective data entry practices.
Handle daily office operations, not limited to but including accounts receivables, monthly and quarterly reporting, and data entry.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Operations Supervisor or bachelors degree with a willingness to learn
Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation management systems, and fleet management helpful.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members.
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
