BrightStar Care Nurse Manager Part-Time in Eagleville, Pennsylvania

The Nurse Manager is a Registered Nurse who is responsible for the overall direction of home health services. The Nurse Manager will have overall responsibility for the quality and adequacy of services provided, and supervision of staff. The Nurse Manager establishes, implements, and evaluates goals and objectives for home health services that meet and promote the standards of quality. Responsibilities:   * Provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff, ensuring effective coordination and communication among team members. * Develop and implement nursing strategies and objectives to enhance patient care outcomes. * Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, local, state, and federal regulations. * Manage the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of nursing staff. * Collaborate with staff other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care delivery. * Oversee resource allocation for the nursing program. * Implement quality improvement initiatives and monitor performance metrics. * Stay updated with advancements in nursing practices and technologies. * Facilitate direct patient care, as needed. * Plans and implements in-service and training programs. * Promotes home health referrals in the health care community.   Qualifications: * Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of PA. * Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution (Preferred) * Proven experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting. * Minimum of one year experience in providing medical, oncology, home health care, or hospice nursing preferred. * Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards. * Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Willingness and ability to be hands on in administration of patient care. * Ability to analyze complex issues, make informed decisions, and solve problems. * Proficiency in using healthcare management systems and software.   Benefits: * Weekly pay with direct deposit * Paid time off and vacation days * Professional development opportunities * Collaborative and supportive work environment   We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against applicants due to race, ethnicity, gender, veteran status, or on the basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
