JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Description: 47604 Fitter Welder (2nd Shift) UPI Manufacturing - S87 W35670 Godfrey Lane, Eagle Township, WI 53119 Join our team as a 2nd Shift Fitter/Welder, where you will play a critical role in welding armor and constructing semi-complex weldments. This temp-to-hire position offers steady hours, potential for overtime and an opportunity for growth. Schedule Monday to Friday 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM Overtime Available Responsibilities: Interpret and work from drawings and specifications Fit and construct semi-complex weldments on an open table Ensure and document the quality and accuracy of work Stand for 8+ hours during the shift Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Qualifications: MUST have an AWS certification Positive attitude with a strong willingness to work Above-average communication skills Sufficient experience to perform the listed responsibilities Ability to handle physical workload, including lifting 50+ lbs This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual looking to contribute to our team and grow with us.
