Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $10.50 - $11.50 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Team Lead:

  • Responsible for overseeing staffing and helping out to make sure things run smoothly.

  • Checking associates in and out

  • Responsible for recording time

Available shifts:

Shift Timings - 3rd Shift (Night)

Job requirements:

  • Strong leadership and multi tasking ability

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Previous experience in customer service and supervisory capacity

  • Ability to work days, afternoons, nights, overtime and weekends

  • Own transportation

  • Ability to manage a team of people (5-15 per shift)

  • Experience as a team lead or supervisor

  • Preferred quality knowledge within an automotive environment

  • Understanding of measurement units and tolerance; ability to train others in this area

  • Read, write, speak English

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Computer literate, able to utilize MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and email software

  • Background check and Drug test required
