Must be able to provide references to verify experience. Must be able to work for the entire itinerary and join the employer at any one of the locations that the employer has a crew located at that time. No fear of/non-allergic to bees/pollen. Able to lift up to 75 lbs. repetitively. Prepare bees and beekeeping equipment. Split bee colonies. Feed and medicate bees. Monitor, maintain and increase beehives. Harvest, extract and package honey. Build and repair bee boxes and other beekeeping equipment. Winterize all beekeeping facilities and equipment at the end of the season. A general work week is Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. However, because of the complexity of the crop conditions workers may be requested to work long days as well as on Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays, depending upon the conditions of the commodities being produced. Therefore, hours above 40 per week may be offered but are not guaranteed. The employer will provide a vehicle directly to the workers to drive themselves to and from the jobsite and housing as necessary on a day-to-day basis. There is no set schedule; generally, the workers will travel to and from the jobsite just before and after the workday. The workers will also be able to use the vehicle for personal errands and groceries at least once per week. The provided vehicles will

be a sedan that seats 5 passengers.
