About the Role In this opportunity as Senior Product Manager, Westlaw AI Development, you will work with an innovative and talented team of product managers, data scientists, engineers, attorney editors, and user experience and design professionals to build new capabilities into Westlaw that dramatically improve legal research for our customers. About You You're a fit for the role of Senior Product Manager, Westlaw AI Development if your background includes: Eager to lead a cross-functional team from visionary ideation to in-depth analytical research and quality testing Hypothesis-driven, comfortable with trial and error, and persistent through multiple iterations. Inherently curious and experimental, always on the lookout for both conventional and out-of-the-box solutions. A team player who is willing to challenge ideas and commit to decisions, irrespective of their origin. An excellent communicator who can articulate complex concepts and engage stakeholders at all levels. A leader who routinely realizes and communicates the critical next steps needed to create and maintain momentum on a project. Energized by working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Minimum Qualifications: Legal industry experience or legal research training Experience coding and or scripting Formal degrees or certifications in these areas are not required but are beneficial. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $132,400 - $246,000. The location(s) for this role include one or more of the following states: CA, CO, CT, IL, NV, TX, WA and/or remote. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $120,400 - $223,600. The location(s) for this role include one or more of the following states: KS, MI, MN, NY, VA.The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $114,400 - $212,400. The base compensation range in other locations may vary. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity.
