We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Product Specialist / Product Specialist to join our team in our Eagan office. This position works closely with our internal and external customers. Must have good analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask and switch focus quickly to adapt to different requests/projects. Responsibilities: Work with outside parties to help maintain website functionality Help with internal support requests Respond promptly to various forms of communication efficiently Assist with company website updates Advanced knowledge of search engines, and databases to help track down product information Experience utilizing search tools to find needed products for inventory and order fulfillment Demonstrate high level customer service skills Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail skills Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to prioritize and manage time Excellent troubleshooting abilities General knowledge of joomla and or wordPress Experience working with outside vendors General AI knowledge to assist in day-to-day tasks a plus Ability to be flexible Other duties as assigned Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Prior information technology or systems administration experience preferred Benefits: 37-hour work week (3/4 day on Fridays) Include medical, dental, vision, life, and 401(k) MPR is an EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY/AFFIRMATIVE ACTION employer Minority/Female/Disability/Veteran
