Physical Properties Laboratory Technician

Job Description
This lab technician will test and analyze products such as concrete, cementitious repair products, admixtures for concrete, cement, and other raw materials to determine their physical, chemical, and engineering properties. Prepare samples and assist in preparing materials and mixtures for testing concrete products to ensure consistency, durability, and quality. Set up laboratory equipment, clean molds, and instrumentation required for tests, research, or process control. Conduct chemical, physical, and engineering tests on experimental formulas and competitive products.
Responsibilities:
Testing and analyzing concrete and cementitious products
Preparing samples and mixtures
Setting up and operating lab equipment
Conducting chemical, physical, and engineering tests
Documenting test results and findings
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Associates of Science
Concrete or general labor experience is a plus
