The Partnerships & Alliances (P&A) team at Thomson Reuters is responsible for end-to-end lifecycle management of strategic partnerships. From strategy development, through assessment, recruitment, negotiation, onboarding, launch and ongoing management; the Partnerships & Alliances team oversees numerous partnerships working collaboratively in a variety of commercial models. About the Role In this role as a Partnerships Manager, you will: Promote Thomson Reuters products and services to partner sales teams, helping them understand collaboration benefits Drive sales through partnership channels with a focus on operational efficiency and excellence Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base Lead collaboration efforts with partner firms to develop and execute strategies for growing the pipeline of mutual sales opportunities Collaborate with Product and Segment Marketing to plan and execute demand generation initiatives with partners Engage Thomson Reuters direct sales teams to articulate the unique value of each partner and support their understanding of collaboration benefits Keep partners informed about product strategy and roadmaps, collecting feedback for ongoing refinement About You You may be a fit for the role of Partnerships Manager if your background includes: Bachelor's degree 6+ years experience in a similar role in Partner management, including sales, business development and managing large customer relationships 5+ years' Global industry experience at a minimum working for or selling into software/SaaS companies Strong network building in the industry and strategic partnering; ability to understand market trends and industry dynamics, analyze data and provide actionable insights Strong C-suite engagement skills and track record Experience and proven success at leading complex, strategic negotiations, and delivery on subsequent agreements Strategic account planning; ability to develop and manage relationships with complex, large global accounts Global experience: lived in / worked across multiple markets a plus Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation, communication, and collaboration skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Experience with CRM software and partnership management tools Entrepreneurial spirit; ability to thrive amidst ambiguity and adapt to shifting circumstances. Proactive and results-oriented mindset. The location(s) for this role include one or more of the following metro locations: Los Angeles, New York City, San Francisco, Washington, DC. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $132,400 - $246,000. The location(s) for this role include one or more of the following states: CA, CO, CT, IL, NV, TX, WA and/or remote. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $120,400 - $223,600. The base compensation range in other locations may vary. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
