Thomson Reuters Holdings Inc. Legal Software Sales Engineer in Eagan, Minnesota

As a sales engineer at Thomson Reuters, your role will involve providing technical support during the sales cycle for Legal Tracker and HighQ, including running data refresh scripts, updating code, and monitoring the completion of code releases for demonstration environments. You will also assist in managing client sandboxes, evaluating and correcting any demo site errors, and providing technical support for Tracker and HighQ. Additionally, you will be responsible for assisting with security questions and providing security documents to prospects, as well as working with the ISRM team to answer product specific questions. About the Role In this opportunity as a Sales Engineer you will: Collaborate with sales and solution consultant team members across the United States to provide technical support and expertise. Prioritize multiple requests for security and technical information, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective resolution. Understand and communicate Thomson Reuters security protocols and standards to customers and internal stakeholders. Maintain demonstration environments for Legal Tracker and HighQ. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. About You: You're a fit for the role of sales engineer if your background includes: Bachelor's degree Familiarity with standard SaaS security protocols (data encryption methods, common security reports, etc.) is required. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of software and technology solutions, particularly in the areas of Legal Tracker and/or HighQ strongly preferred. Proven experience in a sales or technical support role, preferably in the software or technology industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
