As a Junior HR Project Specialist, in this role you will be assisting in planning, executing, and monitoring HR & Labor Relations projects together with our HR Team. The duration of the role is 12 months.

Job Description

Project Management:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring HR & Labor Relations projects

  • Coordinate project teams and stakeholder interactions

  • Ensure timely completion of projects

Content Coordination:

  • Prepare project plans, reports, and presentations

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure project objectives are met

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards

Data Analysis:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data

  • Identify trends and patterns to derive actionable insights

  • Prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making

Communication:

  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders

  • Draft emails, memos, and other written communications

  • Organize and conduct meetings and workshops

Research:

  • Conduct research on current HR trends, best practices, and legal regulations

  • Prepare research findings for internal use

  • Assist in the development of HR strategies and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or similar educational training

  • Previous experience in HR or related fields is advantageous

  • Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Initiative, independence, and a strong desire to learn
