Reference #: c699dbf1-e9bf-4961-812f-3636b5be19c1 Description Salary: $61,490 DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY A hands-on marketing communications professional who will also serve as the liaison between the Marketing team and the Quantum Rehab spokespersons and internal clients including but not limited to Sales, Research & Development (R&D), and Education. Will engage target audiences by growing, shaping, and maintaining the corporate reputation and brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES *Manage all internal clients with one-on-one meetings deepening customer relationships to build trust serving as contact between them and the Marketing team *Manage internal client projects, including setting timelines, coordinating feedback with the Marketing team, and communicating with internal clients *Discuss strategy with internal clients and help develop launch campaign direction *Identify internal client needs, propose solutions, and supervise and orchestrate all jobs including launches, campaigns, and one-off projects *Proactively communicate and address any issues or delays in projects, as well as internal clients' feedback *Present creative proposals to internal clients for approval, making sure all components are in line with the brand and request *Proactively lead, inspire, and assess spokesperson consultants regarding their ability to effectively connect Quantum Rehab to the disabled community through social media and by channeling product ideas and improvements to the R&D Teams *Collaborate and participate with Marketing team and internal clients with various in-person tradeshow events, when needed *Work with the Quantum Rehab Field Sales and Education Teams to identify new spokesperson consultants across the country to strengthen Quantum Rehab brands *Identify customer needs by acting as a resource to respond quickly and professionally while adhering to conducting business in a courteous manner *Oversee creation of creative briefs and projects from beginning to completion *Prioritizing daily/weekly workflow, with an understanding of how projects fit into larger account deliverables *Overseeing vendors and managing estimates for printing, collateral, and other forms of production *Guide internal clients to develop a yearly business plan *Manage the intake of new projects, from concept through production and delivery *Build schedules for all campaigns and large projects, from concept through production and delivery *Conduct primary and secondary research to identify product benefits and features, provide competitive situation analysis and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders *Develop and grow media relations and strengthen internal message to educate, motivate, and engage key audiences for the Quantum Rehab brand *Develop content for company websites, blogs, social media, sales collateral, advertising, public relations, integrated marketing campaigns, and other marketing communications assets while delivering a consistent and engaging message across various platforms *Research, conduct interviews, analyze information, and provide writing for publications, press releases, digital communications, presentations, and speeches, as related to Quantum Rehab *Draft press releases, pitches, case studies, white papers, and media summaries, as related to Quantum Rehab *Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management *Attend the Annual C-TPAT Security Training *Focus on product continuous improvement by representing the departments during Quality Continuous Improvement (CI) team meetings, and consistently demonstrating good business judgment *Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations *Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE *At least 5 years of experience overseeing and/or producing consumer-based marketing communications with a strong focus on social media *At least 5 years of experience coordinating time-sensitive schedules, priorities and details

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE *At least 3 years of experience in public relations and/or corporate communications with proven results developing, implementing, and executing successful public relations campaigns and a variety of public relations programs preferred *At least 1 year of consumer communications experience in the mobility and/or rehab industry preferred *At least 1 year of operational experience working within a project management system preferred

REQUIRED EDUCATION *Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS *Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future
