Here’s the Gist :
Lead a dynamic, execution based operations team. Create and implement strategy to drive quality, cycle time and productivity improvements across the Manufacturing organization.
The Day-to-Day:
- Facilitate discussion on daily execution priorities
- Direct Supervision of 2nd level managers in Operations, IE, and Planning departments
- Review and provide guidance on critical continual improvement projects
- Develop next generation of leaders for continual growth at Wolfspeed
- Work across teams and organizations to identify strategic improvements, resource needs, and execution plans
This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements)
- Bachelor of Science degree
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Semiconductor wafer fab operations
- Competitive Drive for continual improvement
