The Customer Solutions Architect is part of the Commercial Excellence team and is responsible for identifying customer pain points and desired outcomes, translating them into innovative solutions for customers and associates. This role requires a commitment to continuous improvement and a willingness to learn. The position involves introducing new processes and technologies to address customer pain points, as well as leading change management efforts associated with these innovations. The Customer Solutions Architect will assist associates in aligning technical and business outcomes and removing ambiguity across the Commercial business. This role requires individuals capable of implementing internal and external solutions independently and managing cross-functional teams.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Cultivates trust and builds relationships with customer-facing associates by identifying, documenting, and measuring pain points and desired business outcomes
Effectively advocates and represents the voice of customers and associates to influence organizational objectives, product roadmaps and to improve the overall customer experience
Leads cross-functionally to achieve organizational objectives, including the attainment of targets for customer solution needs, product fit, product growth and evolvement
Leads high customer satisfaction using data and proactive solutions
Conducts periodic check-ins with customers to align on ways to drive more value together through technical solutioning
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Science (biology, chemistry, biochemistry, etc.) or other relevant field
3-5+ years leading project aimed at process improvement
3+ years of in-depth experience with business systems and process improvement initiatives
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Advanced degree, such as a MBA, Masters, or PhD in Business, Life Science (biology, chemistry, biochemistry, etc.) or other relevant field
3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer service or sales
3+ years of experience in the life science or biotech industry
3+ years of experience utilizing Danaher Business Systems (DBS) tools
The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
