IQVIA ClinSpark Support Analyst in Durham, North Carolina

As a ClinSpark Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing clinical trial efficiency by becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in ClinSpark's functionalities.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide proficient and timely customer service desk support, assisting customers in using ClinSpark as an eSource/eCRF/EDC platform.

This involves collaborating with project managers, engineers, business analysts, and IT professionals using Jira Service Desk and other project tools to ensure seamless operations and effective problem-solving.

In this role, you will review and respond to customer support requests, analyze operational needs, and offer advice on ClinSpark configuration, trial design, and usability. You will conduct both online and occasional face-to-face troubleshooting sessions, devise proof-of-concept clinical study design solutions, and assist with documentation, including user guides.

Additionally, you will help create specifications for new reports and dashboard visualizations, and provide usability advice to improve efficiency for both internal teams and external customers.

Maintaining good communication and working relationships with internal teams and external clients is essential. You will meet assigned milestones and collaborate with the support team to organize timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, awareness of clinical operations, and effective communication and collaboration skills within global multi-functional teams are key to succeeding in this role.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $71,300.00 - $118,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
