Position: Digital Account Manager
Salary: R25,000 – R38,000 Per Month

Expectations and Deal Breakers:
As a Digital Account Manager, you will be the primary liaison between our team and clients, ensuring satisfaction and progress. Your role includes managing projects, evaluating performance, and implementing new processes. You are expected to consult with clients to understand their needs, develop data-driven marketing strategies, and oversee campaign execution. Deal breakers include a lack of experience in client-facing roles, poor project management skills, or inability to maintain client communication standards.
Hard Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Management, or related field (not essential but preferred)
5 years of experience in project management and 2 years in a leadership role
Expert-level project management and time management skills
Proficiency in metrics, figures, finance, and budget allocation
Proficient in communication and approachability
Fluent English
Tech requirements: Intel® Core™ i7 or greater, 16GB RAM or greater, stable broadband (20 Mbps), noise-canceling headset, HD web camera
Soft Requirements:
Strong teamwork and adaptability
High integrity and customer service focus
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and long-term problem-solving abilities
Leadership qualities and proficiency in documentation
