We are looking for an Inventory and Part assistant to monitor and report on the company's inventory and responsible for managing all in-bound and out-bound catalog. A successful Inventory and Part assistant is a reliable professional with excellent record-keeping abilities. They possess attention to detail and a business mindset. Skills
- Monitor the inventory levels and database
- Source new suppliers that are cheaper or have better quality
- Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
- Place orders to replenish stock and avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus
- Thorough knowledge of department processes
Requirements
- A high school qualification or equivalent
- Prior experience in a relevant field such as manufacturing or Production industry
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of inventory monitoring practices
