An opportunity has arisen in the Global Service Assumption Team for a Program Analyst.

We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and tenacious individual educated to degree level in a relevant discipline or equally with work experience in Project and Program Management.

Salary: £35 -£45K (depending on exp)

As a Program Analyst, the successful individual will be instrumental in working with our business partners, Service Delivery teams, Sales, Solution Architects, Service Parts organization and Business Operations Centre to ensure service readiness for our Customers.

This individual will be responsible for managing multiple Service Assumption projects through to completion, supported with the creation of analytics dashboards and reporting, while identifying and implementing process improvements within the Service Assumption environment, all aimed at delivering exceptional business value to Customers and NCR Atleos.

Essential Job Requirements:

  • Project Planning, Analytics, Dashboards, Cross functional engagement, Process adherence and team work.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level. Higher qualification an advantage but not essential.

  • Ability to manage business critical programs to aid in ensuring success

  • Interface with multiple business functions and organizations

  • Ability to lead/coordinate a cross-functional team, ensuring that projects meet required timelines

Skills Required:

  • Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building

  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence

  • Proficient in the use of Excel and other MS Office tools with the ability to adapt to other reporting tools such as Power BI

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including executive level
