The position begins on September 23, 2024, through May 18, 2025, earning a stipend of approximately $2,500. Scope of Position The incumbent will assist the Head Coach with developing and maintaining a Division II softball program in a manner compatible with the department and University philosophy. The incumbent must have knowledge of current eligibility rules and regulations, and adheres to all appropriate conference rules and regulations, NCAA, and Northern Intercollegiate Conference. Responsibilities: Support student athletes by promoting mental health awareness to foster positive team culture. Assist with establishing and maintaining effective relationships. Supervise and instruct participants in practices and competitions, and plan other training sessions. Represent in a positive fashion the University and its athletic programs in private and public forums. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 1-3 years of experience at the collegiate level Preferred Qualifications: Commitment to athletic excellence in an academic environment.
