Temporary Job Position Job Title: Temporary Construction Worker Company: PK Property Services Location: Duluth, MN Start date: April 29th, 2024 Time: 8:00am-4:00pm Duration: TBA Job Types: Temporary; work about 20-30 per week Salary: $18 per hour About PK Property Services: PK Property Services has been supplying the Twin Cities and surrounding Metro area with exceptional commercial property services for over 20 years. Our company is looking for a Temporary construction worker to help bring completed construction sites to a clean finish. This is a short-term assignment, so you must be willing to commit to the entire duration. Duties include: Construction cleaners clean up and/or removes from building grounds or structures any debris resultant from any construction project including but not limited to concrete, dirt, scrap, lumber, plastic, drywall, any paint or adhesive products from windows, floors, ceramic tile and bathroom fixture. Window washing and general waste disposal. Completion of daily report for work completed. Qualification: Must live in Duluth Must have their own steel toe shoes Possess and maintain a valid driver s license Must passed E-verify/ Background check Ability to operate minor equipment Must occasionally lift and /or move up to 50 pounds Schedule: Monday to Friday Shift availability: First Shift Work Location: In person
