Job Description:
Provides nursing care to patients defined by the unit’s scope of care. Under the direction of the RN, collaborates with physicians, the patient and family, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to meet each patient’s individualized needs.
Hours: 1400 - 2230 - Perm evening shift
Education Qualifications:
Education as required for state licensure.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Current Licensed Practical Nurse licensure in the state of employment.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or obtained within 3 months of employment.
