St. Louis County Intern Trainee - Information Technology - Desktop Services in Duluth, Minnesota
Professional and/or technical work that provides practical work experience for current college students or recent college and/or vocational/technical school graduates, and accomplishes special project workloads for St. Louis County. The Intern Trainee classification is used to provide internship placements for students who seek a practical work experience in their academic field of study. This internship offers the opportunity to assist our IT Support Engineers supporting and maintaining end user devices and systems for internal business customers. With over 2,300 desktop computers, and over 150 applications spread across over 50 county locations; this intern will assist in resolving customer requests, including troubleshooting and triaging desktop and mobile device related issues. The work is performed in accordance with department policies, under the work direction and guidance of designated supervisory staff.
