What Youll Do Be the face of Neptune for employees and guests. Greet employees and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude. Maintain workplace security by creating badges and maintaining visitor logs. Prepare conference rooms for new hire orientation and staff level meetings. Maintain office equipment/supply ordering and stocking. Maintain, replenish, and stock kitchen area supplies including snacks and drinks for employees. Coordinate from start to finish catering requests for team meetings. Collect and sign for packages (UPS and FedEx), collect USPS mail from mailbox and distribute packages/mail to employees. Own relationship and is the point of contact for property management and vendors. Submit and track completion of maintenance request for floor. Assist with coordination of employee engagement activities for the office such as lunches and other in employee office activities. Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties for the office as needed. Skills Needed: Verbal and written communication skills. Interpersonal and customer service skills Organizational skills and attention to detail. Time management skills Proven ability to meet deadlines. Self-starter Attention to detail #HP1
