Systems Administrator (IAM) SUMMARY This position is crucial to delivering accurate, timely and thorough identity & access related operational services across a global enterprise environment that includes over 6000 users. The role requires careful attention to detail and faces a variety of internal stakeholders at the intersection of cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, workforce productivity and ultimately customer experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES This role may include responsibilities in one or more of the following concentrations: Identity & access management Server and application administration Voice & collaboration technologies Compliance & risk management Security operations Network support Administration of various IAM related systems & processes according to established internal documentation, vendor resources and industry best practices Responsible for various types of SOX/PCI compliance work and evidence gathering Perform daily tasks of the team to include but not limited to identity object manipulation, account auditing, account investigation, and role-based access management Troubleshooting and resolution of relevant issues escalated from the help desk including timely and accurate updates in the corporate ticketing system, may include on & off work hours Maintain and update documentation for IAM managed systems & processes Enforce established corporate security policies utilizing access controls and best practices Other duties as needed or required QUALIFICATIONS: Education and/or Experience Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required A minimum of 3-5 years of related experience is typically required to perform at expectation Enterprise level technical experience implementing and supporting: Microsoft Active Directory Modern IAM focused SaaS applications, tools and solutions MultiFactor Authentication, VPN and cloud technologies SOX best practices Technical writing Competencies (Skills & Abilities) Effectively prioritize and execute tasks working within a collaborative team and independently Strong interpersonal skills including excellent written and verbal communication skills Establish effective working relationships among peers as well as throughout the organization across geographies, internal business units and varying levels of management Contribute to multiple projects concurrently Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and willingness to challenge the status quo Ability to translate business needs and expectations into process and technology solutions Customer service oriented Handling sensitive/confidential information using discretion and judgment PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
