About the role The Senior Financial Analyst is a high-visibility role tasked with ensuring key decision-making leaders have the information and understanding they need to successfully run the business. The role is responsible for developing and reporting metrics on how the company is performing both financially and operationally. This role is also charged with producing annual budgets, monthly forecasts and collaborating with the accounting functions. Ideal candidates will possess critical thinking skills required to work collaboratively with all team members within Quantum Health. What you'll do (Essential Responsibilities) Coordinate the budgeting and re-forecasting process for respective areas of responsibility to ensure departmental approaches are consistent among the finance process. Develop and maintain front line relationships with key department leaders to understand business drivers and foster a team environment for implementing best practices. Produce monthly budget vs actual variance reports for senior management and the Board of Directors for assigned functional and corporate areas, including coordinating the reporting and messaging with the respective business leaders. Build and maintain financial models to support projects, product profitability and multi-year planning models. Manage corporate level reporting to the company's PE sponsors, Lenders and other ad hoc external requestors Provide and communicate actionable insights around Quantum's business model to improve financial and operational performance while maintaining Quantum's core values Assist Accounting and Finance with routine and periodic special tasks/projects as assigned All other duties as assigned. What you'll bring (Qualifications) Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, and/or business-related degree with minimum 5-7 years of experience Licensure/Certifications: Previous experience with Workday Adaptive a plus Outstanding critical thinking skills, an ability to pierce through to the essential underlying drivers, identify problems and develop models and analysis that form the basis for executive decision-making Ability to develop practical, actionable solutions that are executable and with a commitment to a sound financial discipline aligned with the company's strategic goals Financial modeling experience, including the ability to lead projects to effectuate decisions in collaboration with business partners a way that will achieve the intended goals Strong accounting skills to support financial statement forecasting, including Statement of Cash Flow and Balance Sheet preparation and multi-year forecast modeling.; ASC606 Revenue Recognition experience a plus Protect and take care of our company and member's data every day by committing to work within our company ethics and policies Strong administrative/technical skills; Comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video conferencing (Teams & Zoom), and telephones efficiently.
