Robert Half Sr. Accountant / Lease Administration in Dublin, Ohio
Description
Robert Half Management Resources is currently looking for an Accountant with experience working with commercial leases to support a 2-3 month engagement in Dublin, OH. Duties will include general accounting and administrative activities related to commercial lease activity such as: journal entries, monthly expense allocations, updating lease information in the system of record, etc. Interested candidates should also have experience with CAM calculations and reconciliations as this role will assist in determining 2025 budget allocations for CAM costs per tenant as well as supporting 2024 CAM expense reconciliations.
Responsibilities:
• Administer commercial lease operations effectively
• Update new lease information into the system comprehensively
• Add details about new properties, buildings, units, and square footage into the system
• Generate recurring monthly charges efficiently
• Collaborate in the finalization of the 2025 budgets
• Participate in determining the 2025 CAM obligations for tenants
• Contribute to the CAM reconciliation process
Requirements • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Lease Administration.
• Proven expertise in Lease Administration and Cam Reconciliation.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and managing sensitive information.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation is preferred.
