Overview Columbus Springs Dublin is a 72-bed behavioral hospital located in Dublin, Ohio. Collects and analyzes data on hospital performance, incidents, and documentation to improve hospital performance and ensure provision of quality care. Works closely with all Department Director's to recommend/provide required staff development and tailored programs based upon data analysis. Monitors, investigates, and as required, reports all hospital incidents. Qualifications Education: Master's degree in a health related field preferred, or Bachelor's degree in a health related field with equivalent in a psychiatric hospital. Bachelors Degree in Nursing is preferred. Experience: Previous experience in a psychiatric health care facility, with direct experience working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients preferred. License: If applicable, unencumbered license to practice by the State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse, RN. Additional Requirements: CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days.
