Overview: The CFO will partner closely with COO and Ownership/Senior Leaders.

                     A trusted advisor is key trait in the CFO position.

CFO RESPONSIBILITIES

* *

• High level Accounting performance/advisory ability for multiple entities within the Real Estate sector
• Budgeting, forecasting financial reporting, cash flow / income status/reporting
• Oversight and management of year-end tax reporting and compliance, including year-end workpaper preparation, review of all tax returns and k-1 forms for operating and ownership entities, in coordination with an outside CPA firm.
• Monitor/review/analyze aging report status on outstanding AR for all entities.
• Monitor/advise liquidity investments
• Monitor cash position to assist in preparing/generating allocations distributions for all entities. Review the documentation supporting all disbursements.
• Compile and offer Senior Leadership key metrics and analysis to assist them in driving the company in a positive/profitable direction
• Support SVP/Director/C level Execs with ad hoc projects
• Monitor and advise on IT/Software upgrades, issues/solutions to better enhance the Technical side of the business

CFO QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, and at least several years of accounting experience
• Several years' experience in a CFO, Director of Accounting of Controller role
• Accounting experience in Real Estate: Commercial design/build/property management
• Experience in a Supervisory Leadership role of Accounting/Finance staff
• Strong accounting and financial Excel spreadsheet ability.

• Yardi software or similar is a great
