As a member of the Product Management team, you will advocate for our employees and evangelize your findings to senior executives, stakeholders, and team members. Your most important mission is to ensure that we’re doing what’s right for Amazon employees and prospective employees. You thrive on the day-to-day collaboration with our engineering, UX, content, economists, and other stakeholders to continuously deliver more value for our employees. The Enrollment Unit is responsible for services that are delivering an Enrollment experience on AtoZ to our customers and the underlying integration with vendors to provision elections.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Experience in technical product management, program management or engineering
Experience with end to end product delivery
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
