The Senior Manager, HRBP Consulting and Solutions (C&S), is responsible for ensuring a high performing HRBP C&S team by supporting the growth, development, and performance of HRBPs through providing role clarity and expectations that are globally consistent and optimize processes. The role will partner with and influence across the Global Talent Organization, stakeholders, and business leaders.

The Senior Manager will lead a team and be responsible for driving team effectiveness, executing and supporting organizational change, talent management initiatives, and processes across the HRBP C&S team. The Senior Manager will also guide the team in overseeing Performance and Behaviour Management initiatives across all lines of business in EMEA & LATAM. The successful candidate will have strong HR business partnering experience, be driven and self-directed, have strong management capability, demonstrate operational excellence, and extensive experience delivering and driving Performance and Behaviour Management practices and processes in EMEA & LATAM.

*Responsibilities:  *

  • Lead a team of HRBPs in the EMEA & LATAM region, cultivating a strong team through effective recruiting, training, coaching, team building, and resourcing planning  

  • Execute on the strategic and operational direction of LinkedIn’s Global HRBP C&S team 

  • Manage a diverse team through flexing work assignments during periods of volume spikes/troughs/employee coverages, while ensuring high levels of engagement 

  • Provide coaching and support to team to prioritize work and deliverables as needed to accommodate urgent demands 

  • Foster relationships with functional and COE HR Business Partners and influence and contribute to decisions impacting the business and employees.

  • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to build out and operationalize HR processes that can be scaled

  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies across our talent processes including annual reviews, employee engagement surveys and provide input to employee relations and performance management matters

  • Lead and coach team to deliver accurate and timely service to the broader HR teams, and to continually drive for improvements in performance 

  • Ensure team adherence to service level agreements, operating and support model, and delivery of an exceptional experience to the global team and cross-functional stakeholders 

  • Exemplify and champion LinkedIn’s culture and values and be viewed as a role model who drives LinkedIn’s mission and vision 

  • Ensure all activities are aligned with all compliance rules, regulations, policies, and procedures  

*Basic Qualifications: *

  • 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience 

  • 5+ years of Performance & Behaviour Management in the UK & Ireland

*Preferred Qualifications: *

  • 5+ years of direct people management experience or equivalent  

  • Experience in Performance & Behaviour Management across EMEA & LATAM regions

  • Ability to manage, coach, mentor and motivate a diverse regional team while ensuring team and individual accountability and performance standards are met  

  • Experience implementing HR and operational programs and strategies

  • Leverage data to drive insights and process enhancements or improvements or decisions

  • Background and familiarity with HR functional areas 

  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage multiple projects successfully in a fast-paced and dynamic environment 

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivery of quality/accurate work products 

  • Logical reasoning and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and overcome challenges 

  • Experience working in a highly-matrix and global organization and knows how to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders

  • Proven leadership experience, with the maturity and ability to influence stakeholders and gain buy-in

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
