About our Team:
As a Software Engineering Lead, you will be leading and liaising with dynamic, passionate cross functional teams, where collaboration as a team is key.
About the Role:
As the Software Engineering Lead, you will oversee and guide a team of software developers, manage sprints, and engage in high-level planning and design. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success.

Responsibilities:
Writing and reviewing portions of detailed specifications for the development of system components of moderate complexity.
Working closely with other development team members to understand moderately complex product requirements and translate them into software designs.
Mentoring and/or train entry-level software engineers as directed by department management.
Managing and encourage new ideas from staff to foster improvements through innovations
Serving as the initial point of escalation for software development issues within specific area of responsibility
Requirements:
Have experience of proficient coding skills in Java, Spring Boot, J2EE.
Be able to partner and lead internal and external technology resources in solving complex business needs.
Have experience of managing Software Engineering teams, 121, upskilling and managing conflict.
Be able to demonstrate proficiency with data manipulation language including optimization techniques.
Be able to collaborate, support and drive team members to deliver on results, providing technical and professional guidance.
Be able to design and work with complex data models.
Have experience of High-Level Planning and running sprints.
