What the day will look like

Commerc i al Risk Solutions is currently looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Client Service Advisor to join our busy Personal Lines Department . Reporting to the Personal Lines Team Manager , the Senior Client Service Advisor will be responsible for client servicing of a range of High-Net-Worth Personal Lines accounts, with the ability to work as part of a team.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of High-Net-Worth Personal Lines Clients within a busy and pro-active broking environment

  • Manag ing clients’ renewals from start to finish, assist ing with mid-term alterations, dealing with general day to day client and carrier queries and administrative duties pertaining to same

  • Vetting insurance and supporting documentation against defined requirements /standards on behalf of Stakeholders

  • Providing assistance as required to colleagues across a range of personal lines products

  • Reviewing p olicy wording s

  • A ttending client meetings/Insurer meetings off site

  • Building strong relationships with clients, underwriters and colleagues through the delivery of a market leading service

  • Securing and retaining clients by providing an excellent servic e

  • Participation in campaigns and sales initiatives to target new clients

  • Expanding and sharing knowledge and capabilitie s

  • Maintaining the utmost standards of compliance and adherence to broking best-practice

  • Comply ing with all management audit requirements

  • Other duties that may arise as the business requires

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Strong experience in broking sectors

  • Comply, on an ongoing basis, with the minimum competency requirements laid down by the Central Bank, including but not limited to :

  • To be CIP qualified (minimum) Progress to ACII (desirable)

  • Meet the Central Bank Fitness & Probity standards

  • Provide evidence of compliance with maintaining CPD hours (min 2 year)

  • Have a desire to improve knowledge across a range of General insurance products

  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, insurers and colleagues

  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills with ability to work to strict deadlines

  • Team player with the ability to work on own initiative

  • Ability to prioritize workload and deliver on objectives

  • Have a strong customer focus and a keen eye for detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft platforms i.e. Word , Excel and PowerPoint
