Within our Marketing Solutions business we are looking for a Senior Account Director to join our team to help us realize our goal of empowering businesses to reach, engage and convert their professional audience at scale.

You will be responsible for developing and delivering sales strategies, driven by data and the strength of your experience, to bring LinkedIn’s digital marketing solutions to the world’s most sophisticated marketers. By being their trusted advisor, you will help our top tier clients realize their growth plans by connecting them to ever-expanding opportunities among our members.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop new relationships with existing strategic LinkedIn Marketing Solutions customers for LinkedIn, working closely with C-levels, top executives and decision makers.

  • Lead as a rigorous business manager, who maps out success for a portfolio of clients, effectively planning a  sales strategy for your book of business in the short term (6-12 months) and long term (12-24 months).    

  • Working closely with your Client Solutions Manager, to deliver a consultative sales approach for each client that answers their business and marketing objectives

  • Reach and exceed sales quotas while contributing to overall vertical and team goals

  • Lead with insights through smart client research, industry-specific information and trends

  • Travel may be required up to 20%.

Qualifications

Basic qualifications:

  • 5+ years of work experience in digital media sales, relationship management or a closely related function

  • Business Fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Business Fluency in any of the following languages: Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish

  • Experience of thriving in a target-driven environment

  • Ability to translate analytics and present them as insights and recommendations in a client facing setting to drive their marketing and commercial success.

  • Business and financial acumen to be able to translate marketing activities to business results.

  • Ability to drive results and collaborate with major customers, creating relationships across many levels of a client to drive a commercial agenda..

  • Ability to influence, develop and empower colleagues and team members to achieve shared goals with a collaborative approach.

  • Ability to plan and prioritize your time effectively

  • Experience of using insights to drive commercial success

  • Understanding/passion for internet advertising technology and marketing automation.
