Google New Business Sales BS/MS Intern, 2025 in Dublin, Ireland

This internship is intended for students enrolled in their penultimate/final year of education in an accredited full-time Bachelor's or Master's degree program located in the EMEA region. Participation in the internship program requires that you are located in one of the specific country locations identified for this role for the duration of the internship program. Interns will be required to be available to work full-time for a minimum of 13 weeks over the Summer 2025 (starting in May, June or July) for the duration of the program.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in the EMEA region, and in your penultimate/final year of education.

  • Relevant practical or internship experience in direct sales, new business sales or related fields.

  • Ability to communicate in English and one other EMEA regional Market language as noted in the job responsibilities to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to complete a minimum 13 week full-time internship in the internship location between May - October 2025.

  • Relevant practical or internship experience in building a pipeline from scratch through strategic and tactical focus and execution.

  • Relevant practical or internship experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy.

  • Understanding of the online advertising industry and knowledge of the local market with insights in both digital and traditional media.

The New Business Sales Team partners with businesses in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all. Their knowledge of online media combined with their communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. Using influencing and relationship-building skills, New Business Sales teams provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. They anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, they set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

Business Development Consultants in Google Customer Solutions help clients develop national and international marketing strategies. In this role, their mission is to cultivate and develop relationships with new businesses, helping them to grow and to develop their digital marketing strategy. Business Development Consultants build and manage a pipeline of clients working towards strategic objectives and be responsible for collaborating with a number of internal stakeholders to maximise the long-term success of these new customers and partners.
